Our 3d realistic programs create models of our designs so that you can see what your house is going to look like before it’s built. Our programs allow us to input the exact coordinates of where your house sits on the earth and we add the survey data to create models that can figure out exactly how the sun interact with the house at all hours of the day. This allows us to design roofs that keep the sun off in the windows in the mid summer but still allow light to come in the windows when the sun is lower on the horizon in the cooler months. Passive solar designs like this can save owners thousands or even hundreds of thousands in heating and cooling costs over the life of a home.
